Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, simply contact us via our contact us page or by email to support@whitefoxmma.co.uk, and be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return. For eligibility for a full refund or exchange, we kindly request you to return the item in its original packaging, folded correctly and with all tags intact. 

Please note, there are some items that we cannot accept returns on, which are detailed below. You’ll find a comprehensive explanation of our return policy included for your reference. 

For our international customers, please be aware that any return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Before shipping anything back, we kindly request you fill out the return form by clicking the above link. This will ensure a smooth return process for both you and our team. 

  

INTRODUCTION 

1.1 We recognize you might occasionally need to return an item. 

1.2 We’ve designed this policy to facilitate returns when needed. 

1.3 This policy is applicable to all our customers, regardless of their geographical location. 

1.4 It applies to all orders made through our website. 

1.5 This policy doesn’t infringe upon your statutory consumer rights. 

  

RETURNS 

2.1 If you have no legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, you can still return a product and receive a refund according to this policy if: 

(a) we receive the product within 30 days of its dispatch to you; 

(b) the product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with labels intact. 

(c) you follow the return procedure outlined in this policy; 

(d) none of the exclusions in this policy apply. 

  

RETURN PROCEDURE 

3.1 To exercise your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization number, by submitting the returns form via the above link. 

3.2 We kindly request that you obtain a receipt as proof when dropping off the item at the post office. This will help verify that the return process has been initiated on your end. 

  

EXCLUSIONS 

4.1 Some products are not eligible for return under this policy: mouth guards, groin guards, training masks, compression wear, rash guards and underwear unless they are brand new and unopened. 

4.2 Any item/s worn or washed will be rejected. 

4.3 Due to health considerations, products that bear signs of makeup, aftershave, body odors, pet hair, or cigarette smoke will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

4.4 All sales in the CLEARANCE section are final and not subject to refunds/exchanges. 

4.5 We offer free returns for mainland UK orders, excluding punch bags and heavy items. 

4.6 Please note, our international customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning items. 

REFUNDS 

5.1 We will refund the price you paid for any product properly returned in accordance with this policy. 

5.4 We will not refund any costs you incur in returning the product to us, unless otherwise stated. 

5.5 We will typically refund any money using the same method you used to make your purchase. 

5.6 Customers can generally expect to receive their refund within 7 days of our confirmation of the return. However, please note that we commit to processing all refunds as promptly as possible, with the maximum timeframe being 30 days from the day we receive your returned product. We will exchange faulty products at our own expense, including any shipping charges incurred. 

5.7 Delivery times shown are estimates and do not account for busy periods, bank holidays, shipping exceptions, weather, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

5.8 After 21 days without delivery, the item will be considered lost, and a refund/replacement will be issued. No refunds or cancellation requests are accepted while the item is in transit. 

  

IMPROPER RETURNS 

6.1 If you return a product contrary to this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange for that product: 

(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product; 

(b) we may keep the returned product until you pay any additional charges for re-delivery; 

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional charges within 14 days of issuing a payment request, we may dispose of the returned product at our discretion without any liability to you. 

  

EXCHANGES 

7.1 Please ensure returned items are unused, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and sent back in original packaging for resale. Items will need to be returned folded correctly in the correct packaging and not missing any items (belts etc), otherwise we may charge a handling fee. 

7.1 Items returned in the same condition they were received qualify for an exchange. We will ship the replacement to you at no extra cost. Please be aware that this policy does not extend to punch bags and heavy/large orders. 

7.2 Once we’ve received the returned item in our warehouse, our team will reach out to you to initiate and process the requested exchange.
